This wine is a pale straw yellow colour and has an attractive, floral perfume. It is medium bodied with apple and citrus fruit flavours supported by delicate notes of almond and candied peel. The finish is clean and refreshing. Lovely as an aperitif or pairs wonderfully with seafood or risotto.
